The KTM provides complete end-to-end solution with a decoupled architecture and can manage & host multi tenancy services centrally and provides accessibility via the assisted and non assisted terminals.
The KTM Portal can integrate and centrally manage multiple services. Services can activated or deactivated centrally and instantaneously enabled or disabled to all KTM registered Assisted and Non-Assisted terminals to serve Client's Customers within a single point of service for multiple hosts services, i.e. banks, hotels, travel, hospitality, etc.
The KTM Portal is designed to support a variety of diverse business applications, treated as multiple services which can be enabled on a single / multiple terminals via the management module. It is a decoupled & robust web-based Management & Monitoring application, which runs on Windows platform ensuring the ease of installation and supports various security modules like SSL, Data & Message level Encryption, Authorized web request processing etc.
